Classic Motorsports, (co-sponsor of this event) invited the NASS crew that attended the Carlisle Pa Import Show for the Mid Atlantic Spit-together May 2011 to join them there on in the in field. We're already listed as having a spot reserved on the field.(same link page above)

A couple of us are already planning on heading down.
Our Flight commander has posted the sortie plans on the bulletins board.........

Let me know if you know better roads to take or if you think the time line should be changed. I want to try and get some kind of a schedule so that people can join us along the way if they want.

April 25 (Wed evening)
Rohan and I will drive to the Annapolis area.

April 26 (Thu)
Rt 95 to Rt 85 to some where around Greensboro SC. and get - Hotel for night

April 27 (Fri)
Rt 85 to the Mitty (Sometime around late afternoon)

April 28 (Sat) The Mitty
Infield coral area for us, Parade Laps on track, Meet Kas and maybe Mike Cook
2 party's

April 29 (Sun) The Mitty

April 30 (Mon)
Drive to and on the "Tail of The Dragon" then continue toward home on Rt 81 to Roanoke area and get hotel room for the night

May 1 (Tue) Drive Home

OK...on a side note, I personally have THREE reasons to go. It's the anniversary of the MGB as well as the Megasquirt Forum meet, which the controller used on FIS6's engine. So like it or not it looks like I'm going.
